DIY Essential Oil Roller Blends

I have known about essential oils for a while but little did I know that they are so much more than just diffusing them in a diffuser.
Once I started mixing oils together to diffuse, I wanted to dive on in and create my first roller ball blends. So that’s exactly what I did.

You’re first going to need supplies to make these roller blends.

• Young Living Oils (I used the oils that came in my Starter Kit)
• 10 ml Amber Glass Roller Bottle Kit (I got this one because it comes with everything you need for the roller balls)
• Fractionated Coconut Oil (this one is from Amazon)

Let’s Get Started

Now you’re going to pick which blends you want to do and what oils you are going to need for which blend.

I chose to do Relax, Immune, Breathe, Head (for headaches), and Tummy (for tummy aches).

You want to start by adding the number of drops the blend calls for, of each individual oil, to an empty roller ball bottle.

When you complete that you will top off the rest of the bottle with your carrier oil by using the dropper provided in your roller bottle kit, in this case we are using the Fractionated Coconut Oil. Make sure to leave a little space at the top of the bottle to shake up your blend.

Last but not least, adding the roller ball. Grab a roller ball and place it on top of the glass bottle. Now grab your roller ball tool and press down on the roller ball. Now screw the lid on and you’re ready to go.

Blends I Used

Head (Headache):
10 drops of Peppermint
10 drops of PanAway
10 drops of Lavender

Tummy (Tummy Aches):
15 drops of Peppermint
15 drops of DiGize

10 drops of Stress Away
5 drops of Citrus Fresh
5 drops of Frankincense

10 drops of Raven
10 drops of Peppermint
5 drops of Lavender

10 drops of Thieves
10 drops of Lemon
5 drops of Frankincense

These roller ball blends were a lot of fun to make!

I even used my Cricut to make labels for the bottles.

I’ve actually used my headache blend already and noticed relief almost immediately.
I am loving this oily life!
